Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TubeHunter - our free tools at tubehunter.app and the paid Studio cabinet at studio.tubehunter.app. By using the service you agree to them.

What TubeHunter is

TubeHunter is a set of YouTube research tools. We analyze public YouTube data to surface niche opportunities, demand signals, competitor context, and title/retention insights. Everything we show is research and estimates to help you decide what to make - not a promise of any result.

Access & accounts

• Paid access is granted via an access key tied to your purchase. Keep it private - one purchase, one user.
• Don't share, resell, or transfer your key. We may revoke keys used to abuse the service.
• You're responsible for activity under your key.

Acceptable use

• Use the insights for your own channels/clients. Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or export it as a competing dataset.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Follow the YouTube Terms of Service in anything you do with data you find here.

Data & estimates disclaimer

Our numbers come from public YouTube data and modeled estimates (view medians, break-out rates, competition counts, retention corridors, earnings ranges). They are approximations for planning. TubeHunter is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google. Estimates are informational only - not financial advice, and we don't guarantee views, subscribers, or income.

Billing

Payments are processed by our payment provider (LemonSqueezy) as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice for future terms. See our Refund Policy.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but the service is provided "as is," without warranty. Data pipelines and third-party APIs can have gaps or delays.

Termination

You can stop using the service anytime. We may suspend access for breach of these terms (e.g., key sharing, abuse) - with a refund only where our Refund Policy applies.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TubeHunter isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on our estimates. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
