Refund Policy

We want you to get value. If TubeHunter isn't right for you, here's how refunds work - simple and fair.

7-day money-back

Not happy with your first paid period? Email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund it, no hard questions. This applies to your first subscription or one-time purchase.

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime - you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• We don't auto-refund partial/unused time on renewals, but reach out if something went wrong and we'll be reasonable.
• Cancelling stops all future charges.

Lifetime / founding-member deals

Lifetime or presale deals are refundable within the same 7-day window. After that they're final (that's the trade for the lower price).

What isn't refunded

• Requests after the 7-day window on a used account, absent a genuine service failure.
• Access keys that were shared or used to abuse the service.

How to request

Email [email protected] from the address on your purchase, or reply to your access-key email. Refunds are processed by our payment provider (LemonSqueezy) and usually land in 5-10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please email us first - we'll almost always sort it faster than a chargeback. Keys tied to a chargeback are revoked.
